Ingredients

Filling :

Sauce :

2 cups of milk.
4 tablespoons flour.

Liquid cheese as desired.

Method

Crepe dough method :
Beat the egg well with salt in a bowl, then add the milk and flour and continue beating with the electric or hand mixer until you get a very smooth mixture without any lumps. Bechamel sauce method :
