Method

Bring a deep bowl and put all the ingredients in the bowl, in addition to the mortadella garnish, and mix them until they combine well.

Wash the potatoes well and put them in the oven for half an hour. After they become well-roasted, place them on a cutting board. Slice the potatoes in the middle lengthwise and scoop out the potato pulp, keeping the peel.

Add all the ingredients and mix until the consistency becomes creamy،Serve while hot.
