Ingredients

Filling ingredients :

150g yellow bell pepper

1 piece green bell pepper

1 piece red bell pepper

Sauce :

1 teaspoon olive oil.
1 teaspoon crushed garlic.
2 cups of whipped tomatoes.
1 teaspoon oregano.
1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar.

Dough :
3 cups of flour.
A tablespoon of yeast.
1/2 small cup of yogurt.
1 cup of warm milk.
Small spoon of salt.
3 tablespoons of sugar.
Two tablespoons of olive oil.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder.

Method

Directions :

– Mix milk with yogurt in the mixer.

–  Add to the bowl a cup of flour with yeast and sugar and mix for 2 minutes.

– Add the mixture to the bowl and add the salt, remaining flour “one cup”

and baking powder،Knead the mixture well for at least 10 minutes.

Cover the dough and leave in a warm place to ferment.

At this time prepare the pizza sauce

Pizza sauce:

1 tp. of olive oil 1 tp. of crushed garlic، We put it on the fire until it takes on a golden color and then we add two cups of whipped tomatoes،and a tp of tomato paste،and a tp of salt, sugar and oregano. Mix them a little and leave them on the fire until they come together،We turn off the fire until they cool a little.

Method : 

We put the dough in the oven bowl and spread it out, then we put the sauce and ingredients gradually and in a scattered way, and do not forget the slices of mortadella garnish, and finally we put the wild thyme،We put it in the oven for half an hour or until it takes on a golden color and becomes crispy.
