Ingredients

1 box of 200g mortadella zenah cut into small pieces.

1 envelope of fried vermicelli.

Option as desired.

Carrots as desired.

1 boiled egg.

1 teaspoon sesame.

Green onions as desired, and red pepper.

 

Method

Bring a large pot, put it on the fire, add  1/2 cup of water and leave it until it boils completely. After making sure that the water is boiling, add the envelope of fried noodles in the water for five minutes on low heat and put it in the serving bowl and Add the vegetables and mortadella Zenah on top. In the last stage, add the sesame and green onions, then put it in the dish and serve it hot.
