It also fulfills the Halal regulatory requirements by ensuring that the raw materials, packaging materials and packing materials that we use are approved by the accredited Halal Certification Bodies and other relevant regulatory bodies and that our processing tools and equipment are clean and free of non-Halal ingredients.


Mechanism for controlling the quality of Mortadella Zeina meat products :

The quality of meat products within the meat processing chain is controlled according to several specific, documented and applicable controls, procedures and policies, starting from the receipt of the raw material through the various manufacturing processes to the final product.

They work on identifying, monitoring and controlling critical control points, in addition to setting control points and keeping them within the permissible limits, recording deviations in special records, and conducting the required calibration operations continuously.

And a verification system represented by a chemical and bacterial laboratory, through which all materials entering the company are examined and approved or rejected based on the results of the examination that we obtain.

Likewise, the sterilization processes of the final product are verified through the bacterial examination of specific samples that represent the total quantity in us.
