Method

Roll out the pastry, then add the cheese and zenah mortadella.

  Seal the edges of the pastry well, as shown in the video.

Brush the pie with egg yolk, sprinkle sesame seeds and anise seeds, then bake in the oven for half an hour and serve hot.
