Ingredients

Sauce Ingredients:

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon sweet mayonnaise

½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons lemon or orange juice

 

Salad Ingredients:

380g Mortadella zenah, diced

180g lettuce, chopped into small pieces

Toasted bread cubes

Method

Mix the sauce ingredients together until well combined. You can add any desired spices.

Cut the bread into cubes, then melt the butter in a pan over low heat. Add the bread cubes and toss them for a while. Then, place the bread in an oven preheated to 180°C until it turns golden brown.

Heat a little butter in the pan, then add the Mortadella zenah  and sauté over high heat until golden brown.

Mix the lettuce with the sauce in a suitable serving dish, then add the crispy Mortadella zenah pieces, and finally, garnish the dish with bread cubes.
