Sambousek pastry sheets
1 green bell pepper, finely diced
1/2 bunch of parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
Shredded Mozzarella cheese (optional)
Grate the Mortadella Zenah, then place it in a bowl and add all the ingredients, mixing well until combined.
Roll out a thin layer of sambousek pastry and place the filling inside, folding it into a triangle shape as demonstrated in the video.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the sambousek until golden brown.
