Ingredients

380g Zenah Mortadella

 2 cups mayonnaise

 1 cup carrots, diced

 1 cup peas

 3 pickled cucumbers, diced

2 large boiled potatoes, diced

1 tablespoon salt

 1 tablespoon black pepper

Method

Cut the Zenah Mortadella into small cubes.

Cut the carrots into small cubes.

Boil the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Cook or steam the vegetables (carrots and peas).

Drain them from the water and let them cool on the side.

In a small bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing the salt, pepper, and mayonnaise.

Mix the dressing well, then add it to the vegetable and potato mixture.

Mix all the ingredients well, and serve the Russian salad cold.
